Remote Education

In these unique times, when we are considering the closure of bubbles, whole schools or just individual isolation for periods of time to limit the spread of Covid-19, attention is drawn to strategies that allow learning to continue without the physical geography of school. 

Here at Elm C of E we have fully integrated with Microsoft Teams.

Microsoft Teams is a digital hub that brings conversations, content, assignments, and apps together in one place, letting our teachers create vibrant learning environments. Build collaborative classrooms, connect in professional learning communities, and connect with colleagues—all from a single experience, and free to educators and pupils. We have set up every child with their own unique school email and log in. 

Each week teachers will pre-load lesson content for English, Maths and Topic. So every child in the school has real time access to current learning if the need for isolation should occur. 

If you have any issues logging in to Microsoft Teams or have forgotten your log in details please contact your child class teacher via the year group email addresses found on the contact page.
